PEER REVIEW PROCESS

1. Initial Screening:
   • The editorial team will conduct an initial screening to ensure the manuscript fits the journal’s scope and meets basic quality standards.
2. Peer Review:
   • Manuscripts that pass the initial screening will be sent to at least two independent reviewers for double-blind peer review.
   • Reviewers will evaluate the manuscript’s originality, methodology, significance, and clarity.
3. Revision and Resubmission:
   • Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer feedback. Revised manuscripts should be resubmitted within the specified timeframe.
4. Final Decision:
   • The editorial board will make the final decision on manuscript acceptance or rejection based on reviewers’ recommendations and the authors’ responses.

1. Plagiarism Policy: Authors must submit original work and properly cite all sources. The journal maintains a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism, utilising plagiarism detection software for screening purposes. A similarity index over 15% may lead to rejection or revision, and plagiarism may result in retraction and blacklisting.

2. Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest, including financial support or personal factors that may influence the research.

3. Ethical Standards: Research involving human or animal subjects must comply with established ethical guidelines and obtain the necessary approval. Ethical complaints will be handled in accordance with COPE's best practices.

4. Copyright, Licensing, and Open Access: Authors retain copyright but grant SUPRA Journal the right to publish their work. All articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution-Non-Commercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0), allowing non-commercial use with proper attribution. As an open-access journal, SUPRA Journal makes articles freely available to read, download, copy, distribute, and print without requiring a subscription or payment, thereby supporting global knowledge dissemination and academic collaboration.
